The warm service from Xavier was appreciated, but the room was not clean.

The atmosphere at Hilton Palm Beach Pbi was warm and inviting, with spacious general areas, vibrant decor, and excellent accessibility features such as ramps that made it easy to navigate for seniors like myself.

I had an incredible time unwinding by the gorgeous pool, which had stunning views of the illuminated tropical landscape at night. The complimentary wine tasting at 5:30 PM was a delightful social moment that made my stay feel even more special. And let's not forget the exceptional meal at the Tiki Bar, where I enjoyed a delicious cocktail while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere! 🍹🌴

During my recent stay for a family event, I was quite impressed by the pool area which provided a fantastic view and great vibes, especially during the fireworks. However, we faced some challenges with the initial room's smell of smoke and lack of proper cleaning. Although the staff was sometimes unresponsive, Xavier at the front desk did his best to assist us when we had to change rooms.

Exceptional help from front desk staff.

The shuttle service was seamless, picking us up from the car rental and delivering us to the hotel, which saved us time. The Tiki bar by the pool was a highlight, offering tasty snacks and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the customer service was disappointing when I requested assistance with a malfunctioning fridge that went unaddressed, and the noise from nearby aircraft was quite bothersome throughout the night.

The amenities at the Hilton were impressive, especially the

Poolside bar which offered a variety of refreshing drinks. The staff were friendly, but there were times when it took a while to get service. I found my stay enjoyable despite a few minor hiccups.

the ice maker on the 9th floor didn't work. but the bartender was super nice and made great drinks. the pool area was lovely. the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained.

I had an amazing experience during my one-night stay. The staff, especially John the concierge, were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed. Enjoyed dining at Tony Roma's. the service was prompt, and the food was delicious. Perfect for early flights from the airport!
